About Solica Consulting

Solica’s mission is to configure, install and support CRM systems for customers in all sectors. We are accredited in GoldMine, Sage CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We also sell and in some cases develop add-ons for these systems to extend their functionality and provide complete solutions to our customers.

Although we are highly skilled in the software we sell, we are far more than that. We are experts in the application of CRM software to real business processes. We work with our clients to understand their business needs and to deliver a system which meets these needs.

We typically work with clients on an ongoing basis, providing an initial system, then follow-up support, but also often returning to review system usage. This may indicate additional ways of using the CRM solution or configuration changes which will give more benefits. CRM systems are designed to be able to be readily changed to adapt to changes in business process.

Solica is based in the South-East of the UK and work throughout the southern part of England. We also work elsewhere in the UK and overseas either directly, with local partners or electronically. We use advanced internet remoting technologies which allow us to work on almost any site in the world with a reasonable internet connection.

We sell our add-ons globally and are widely recognised for the innovation and quality of our add-ins. Our Details Plus add-on is in use by thousands of users and is one of the world's most widely used GoldMine add-ons.

Solica supports the work of two charities.

St Michaels Hospice in Hastings helps terminally ill patients to live the remaining part of their lives in dignity and with the best possible quality of life. There is more information about their dedicated work on their website at stmichaelshospice.co.uk.

We also support an international charity The Lawrence Barham Memorial Trust. The purpose of this Trust is to support a mission at Cyangugu in Rwanda which is still suffering from the aftermath of genocide and inter-community conflict.
