How It Works:

If you have not used this service before on your current PC, you will be prompted to download a small plug-in.

With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the session at any time.

Remote sessions can only be initiated by you - we cannot connect to your PC without your direct permission/approval.
