How Does it Work?
Rather than tying our clients in to an annual support and maintenance contract, we provide support on a pay as you go basis. This not only allows our clients to manage the cost of support but also ensures that we are suitably motivated to provide excellent support. We are only as good as your last call and you have the opportunity to seek an alternative supplier at any time.
Most support is provided by telephone and we make substantial use of Citrix GoToAssist, which enables us to see and where necessary control your screen remotely. This allows us to resolve support issues quickly and easily without the need to pay you a visit, once again saving you money.
Each support incident is logged in detail by our support team and this information used directly to generate your invoice, giving you complete visibility of your support incidents and costs.
How Much Does it Cost?
Our support fees are £1.90 per minute or £114 per hour. This is NOT a premium rate phone line, this is the charge for our time spent resolving your issue. Support is invoiced at the end of each month.
